Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are a category of anti-inflammatory drugs. They are prescribed as pain relievers, fever reducers or anti-inflammatories in pets. They are useful for conditions such as joint disease and post-surgical pain. However, they should be used with caution in pets with conditions like kidney disease.
